Thank you I wanted to thank this group by leaving positive feedback. In an hour and a half they were able to get my computer from non-functioning to perfect condition.
Woohooo So excited this group was able to remove that FBI virus. I searched all over and followed a bunch of YouTube videos with no luck. Well, I got some luck when I found this team. $100 and 2 hours later, I'm up and running and my computer is faster than ever.
Very Helpful group They gave me a DVD that taught me all about the internet, i later went back to have my PC repaired. They really know their stuff.

These Guys These guys are pretty great. My Laptop's screen suffered an unfortunate demise on a Tuesday night, I filled out a service request on Wednesday and Adam got back to me within a couple hours. Marc met me at my office on Tuesday and had the screen repaired in about 20 minutes. It was a very efficient and interesting process.
