Purchasing Computer I really liked the personal service. Tim was patient with my non-tech background and explained what the computer I was looking at could do in layman's terms. I also liked the fact that I wasn't pressured at all.

Not only were they able to tell me in the first 15 minutes of dropping off my tower that it was the power supply, they were able to fix it at a reasonable price and return it to me within 24 hours--and carry it to my car to boot! great service When I started having constant computer glitches I decided to take my computer to the computer renaissance to be looked out. It turns out I had a virus that was eating away at my hard drive and it was good that I took it when I did. The employees were wonderful, they did not treat me like an idiot and fixed my computer. Great job guys!
Willing to help out with technical glitches Even though my business was small, that is personal, this company treated my computer problem as a top priority. They were able to repair my crashed desktop less than 2 days after my call. Because my desktop could be considered a "dinosaur" in the techy world, I was worried. But these guys explained and fixed the problem.
