great service When I started having constant computer glitches I decided to take my computer to the computer renaissance to be looked out. It turns out I had a virus that was eating away at my hard drive and it was good that I took it when I did. The employees were wonderful, they did not treat me like an idiot and fixed my computer. Great job guys!
Willing to help out with technical glitches Even though my business was small, that is personal, this company treated my computer problem as a top priority. They were able to repair my crashed desktop less than 2 days after my call. Because my desktop could be considered a "dinosaur" in the techy world, I was worried. But these guys explained and fixed the problem.
