More than satisfied! These guys are tops. Not only were they able to tell me in the first 15 minutes of dropping off my tower that it was the power supply, they were able to fix it at a reasonable price and return it to me within 24 hours--and carry it to my car to boot! Forget the box store, geeks and nerds--go to Computer Renaissance--where customer service is alive and well!
Honest and efficient I've gone to Computer Renaissance more than once to solve computer issues, and they've always been more than happy to give me an estimate on repairs and offered to save my data to a hard drive either I provided or could be bought from them. Their estimates are accurate, and the repairs lasting. :)
