I have for years used Computer Renaissance for all of my computer needs. This is the only company I feel comfortable dealing with. They have always been so helpful in helping me with answers to my questions along with repairs as necessary. They are reasonable with their pricing. Am so happy they have moved to their new location on Monroe Street and was happy to have found Kyle to help me. There is a lot to say about "trusting" a business when taking your computer to their business.
Messaged them asking if they buy laptops and was yes we do just bring it on in. I drove all the way out here from east toledo just to be told they're not buying laptops right now. After I explained that I had just spoken to someone right before driving in the guy agreed to take a look. Without turning it on, checking model number, or anything else he told me that he'd offer me $30. For a $500 laptop. Worst waste of time and gas ever. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

I walked in the store literally in tears. My external hard drive that I dependend on to safety store ALL of my children's photos and videos throughout their entire growing years had CRASHED! I've been taking my computers here for years. I love their new location in Sylvania. Definately more convenient location and parking! Everyone is really nice and honest. They give you the price up front with no hidden costs. If there's a problem they will call you and explain it in clear terms. They won't sell you anything you don't need. Their computer service is quick and reliable. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend to my friends and family!
They are totally professional and treat customers quickly and efficiently and fairly. Been a customer since they first opened and refer anyone I know who needs a repair or a computer.
