The owner Dean was very helpful with my MacBook Pro, did the service at a fair price, a good job and quickly. He also made some recommendations and gave some great advice. This is an old school owner who believes in customer service. Thank you Dean, highly recommend!
Brought my new computer build to Dean because After trying all troubleshooting I couldn’t get my computer to post . Dean found my brand new ASROCK motherboard was defective ( bought on Amazon). After replacing the motverboard with an ASUS Z790 Wifi Motherboard and allowing the DDR5 memory time to train the computer booted up finally. He installed all components correctly and ran system stress test. Im very happy with the outcome! Less headaches for me. I highly recommend Computer Obsession for your Computer needs.
Dean helped me out this week with my Lenovo carbon X1. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful was able to turn it around faster than he initially estimated. Definitely coming back the next time I need supoort.
Dean went above and beyond fixing my computer. I came in with a tricky problem and not only was he able to fix it, but he also made sure to fix any other issues my computer was having, cleaned it, benchmarked, and did lots more to ensure I'd be coming home with a working machine. Very friendly and patient as well. Cannot recommend enough.
