We brought our laptop in after accidentally spilling tea on it — it’s a computer that holds a lot of sentimental value, so we were especially worried. From the start, Dean was communicative, reassuring, and incredibly professional. Not only did he help us with that laptop, but he also took care of our two Alienware computers, all at very reasonable prices. Throughout the process, he kept us updated and explained everything clearly. We’re so grateful for his expertise and honesty. Highly recommend!
