Took my computer in for an estimate for replacing a busted hard drive. Came back the next day, hard drive replaced, bill in hand. Didn't say it needed replaced. Was just looking for a data recovery+estimate for replacing it. Brought the computer home, find various programs that I have no need/desire to have installed (such as classic shell and foxit PDF) some of which require a fairly in depth uninstall process.
Took my computer to be repaired here. This business could not get it to work. I took it to another one and was told this shop damaged my motherboard and put too much thermal paste on the cpu.
