good service and the prices were reasonable. The shop tech did well with us even though there were 3 people in the shop at the time. I found it interesting how he had several work benches full of items and was working on all of them while helping customers and answering questions. He had a unique perspective on several issues and wasnt afraid to be honest with us. His knowledge of the computer and telvision industry was surprising and refreshing. I am going to mention this place to anyone who has issues wih electrnics
I am compelled to write this as a thank you to a job well done. Kurt Worked with us at our office to set up our new server. I will have to admit we had some difficult if not unique requirements that we dropped on him at the last moment. They consulted with our software provider and our staff to get it right the first time. Thank you again
I had a bad virus, kept popping up with junk trying to sell me stuff. Shawn was able to recover my data and fix my computer. Then they told me how to not see them again with a virus. I couldnt believe it, most places just shove your stuff at you and push you out the door. they answered my questions set up my computer so it was more secure...thank you Computer Magic
I have never felt the need to write one of these before, but I wanted to make sure that people heard about how good these guys are. I was having one heck of a time getting my netflix to work and Shawn came over and got it all working for me. He was polite and really knew his stuff. Im not a techie and I dont understand this new stuff like the kids do, but Shawn explained it all in a way I understood.
Shawn came out to our home and helped set up our new tv. He was polite and respectful and knew exactly what he was doing. I had some computer questions and he sat down with my computer for 3 minutes (not kidding) it works 2x as fast after a restart. He wouldnt even take anything extra for the computer help since he finished the tv set up early.
Best service all around. brought my five year old lap top in for a virus and got it back in 3 day in great condition he even fixed my battery for no extra charge, The shop was as clean as you would expect a computer shop to be. The best thing part is i got to work with a "real" person, not a company stooge!
I have used other computer places in the past and This guy is the best in the area that i have found. I can trust he isnt trying to sell me a lot of crap. After I got the computer home, I was using it and rememered some more things I forgot to have him do for me. He got me in the next day and had the items fixed for no extra charge. try and get even 5 min free work from anyone else. Kurt really does know his stuff and he takes great pleasure in helping people. thanks again
If I could give this as bad as "ZERO" stars I would. First of all I was downloading a song from my zune website...secure, and one of the songs had some kind of glitch which messed my computer up. Perhaps a virus. I brought it into "Computer Magic" to get it fixed. Never used this guy before. Come to find out he said I need to get a new hard drive. Computers only a year old. So \$332.00 later he said its fixed. And a week later by the way. I get it back and its soooo slow. So he tells me to bring it back in and theyll have to... read more
Great Work. I was having trouble with my computer for weeks. i took it to Best Buy and they told me i had virus and gave me a large repair estimate. I passed. kurt not only found the true issue, he repaired it in record time. My hard drive was going bad. i didnt even have a virus. He installed a new hard drive, transfered all my files and helped me organise and reinstall my data and programs so it was better then it was before and its much faster now. This is an honest and trustworthy businessman
