Worst computer repair place ever. Danville deserves better. The dishonesty is the worst.
DO NO Business with this store. It is cheaper to drive to Lexington and get the new part. How this store is in business amazes me. Never will I do business inside this store again
Do not go to either one; years ago they sold me a computer that was built off of used parts; and the power supply was not the right one to begin with and it did catch on fire. Just a warning that they say they build them but in reallity they do not bother to use new parts for their computers. Should have taken these jokers to court. They are not worth it. Poor customer service. I was not contacted regarding changes in the repair of my laptop, and my laptop was there for over 3 months, and it was never fixed. I waited five weeks for a part that was to take 3-5 days, was never contacted, and finally took my laptop and left. Would highly recommend finding a different business.
The Computer House is a wonderful place. The workers dont make you feel like your an idiot about things (which trust me, I am...lol). They are nice and helpful. I love doing business with them.
I really like this place. Though sometimes they dont get it done right away, they give you a thorough job well done!!!!!
