I agree with everyone here. I took my computer in for work they fixed it fast and I took it back when I got it home it didn't work! I was mad I called and frank was allot of help he said he didn't understand why it wouldn't work, I felt like I made a mistake in going there and was getting madder by the minute. Finnaly Frank asked me if I could look at the internet plug again I looked and was quite imbarrased. I forgot to plug it in.
