Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He not only repaired my computer problem, but he cleaned up the software to make it run faster and explained a variety of helpful hints to me. For what he did, his rate was very reasonable.

When Windows 7 failed to load on my aging PC, I began looking for in-home help. Mr. Ron Gotti contacted me immediately by phone.
