I came here about a year or 2 ago after my PC wasn't showing any display on my monitor. When I first dropped off my PC, I recall a time when after I handed my PC to Dave, he looked at me like he wanted me to leave already, at least that's how it felt. Will be sorry to see this shop close. Owner retiring. I took my computer in because no signal was getting to monitor. Next day I get a call it’s ready for pick up, no charge. Apparently it had gotten stuck in a Microsoft update. They had let it run and it suddenly connected and worked perfectly. I had purchased a new graphics card I did not need as they tested my old one and reinstalled it for me. William was awesome! I had a stroke 3 yrs ago, still re-learning how to do various tasks I used to take for granted. On New Years Day, I was using a stair stepper in my room when I unexpectedly lost my balance, crashing into my computer. I had damaged the front panel, making it impossible to turn on with the power button. Not only was the repair quick and reasonably priced, but William was kind enough to carry the computer back to my car and put it in the trunk for me. Bravo!! I'll be coming back for an upgrade! Thank you!!
