Anything you need done to your computer these guys will do. They are a bit pricey but for computer issues you will not find anyone better. I will only go to them for my PC and laptop issues!!

The guys there are very friendly and professional. the store location being in meijer was very convenient for me, i dropped off my computer and did some shopping while they evaluated it for me for free.

Took my laptop in last week for what turned out to be an easy fix. Thanks so much Faday. He was polite and very helpful and was able to get the issue solved within a few minutes and I wouldnt have a problem sending someone there for there computer issues. The store I took it to was on Drake.
I just wanted to say that Sanja I OWNS the Computer Spa. He is bashing all of his competition to make himself look better. The Computer Guild does a great job! See them, they are fair and do a GREAT job! Keep up the good work fellas!

I had one of the best customer service experiences. Their hands on aproach was a nice change of pace and their repair knowledge surpassed other stores in Kalamazoo.
These people were great!! Free evaluation of my P.C. and they didnt try to sell me anything. Even evaluated my router at no charge. Always called when they said they would with status updates. Definitely recommend these guys.....BTW, I went to the Portage, MI location
