Alex handled my home printer repair very professionally. He told me upfront that he will identify the issue and let me know if it is worth fixing it as a new home printer might be cheaper. He did fix my printer for a very reasonable fee. I’m really impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend Alex for your printer / photocopier needs.
Excellent service was able to suggest fix for WiFi problem on phone. No Charge not often does service be so helpful.
My printer stopped printing black ink all of a sudden and I tried everything I could to get it working again. It didn't work, so I called these guys. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed the potential problem quickly and told me the nozzle head probably was clogged from not using genuine ink and not printing a document at least once a week.
