Excellent service was able to suggest fix for WiFi problem on phone. No Charge not often does service be so helpful.
My printer stopped printing black ink all of a sudden and I tried everything I could to get it working again. It didn't work, so I called these guys. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed the potential problem quickly and told me the nozzle head probably was clogged from not using genuine ink and not printing a document at least once a week. Waste of time. Person answering the phone couldn't understand plain English, no one available who could, no one to answer even a simple yes/no question. My advice: Don't bother.
