Sam helped me get my laptop up and running in record time same day service much faster than any Genius Bar or Apple Store I needed a new battery which usually AppleCare would take 2 weeks. Not only was it cheaper but he replaced my worn out keyboard keys for me for no extra cost at all and my laptop came back cleaner and newer than I could have asked for. Definitely worth a visit if your MacBook needs repair.
Sam replaced my MacBook Air battery. I had to be in Glendale for a morning and Sam ordered the battery and replaced it during my Glendale visit and without prior notice. Very convenient and fast service! Thank you Sam for your great service. The MacBook Air works as new, my son is using it everyday. I will be back!
I have a 2014 Macbook Pro and ever since my senior year of high school (I’m 24 now), my laptop has been on its last leg. It needed to stay plugged in or else it would die within the hour. It was always working overtime and it sounded like an airplane. Sam was able to replace the battery and maximize my storage from 128 GB to 256 GB. I haven’t had to charge it in a few days and it feels like I have a new computer. For such a good price too, I highly recommend!!
I chose Mac Apple repair because of it's seemingly endless 5 star reviews, and because they told me they could fix my logic board for a price that was significantly cheaper than the Apple store. I shipped them my laptop from AZ and they told me they'd look at it either the day it arrived or the following one. I can’t thank this business enough! I brought in my computer with a completely broken screen, and they had it fixed faster than I expected. The customer service was great, and they explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The pricing was fair, and my computer looks brand new. Definitely coming back for my other MacBook that needs repairing. :)
