My company's gmail had stopped working and we called Google to see what was wrong. This was the natural step, we thought, until we had been on the phone for 1.5 hours and they were wanting us to pay $300 to fix our "security breach" at the end of the call. Called for information, spoke with a very pleasant assistant. He gave me price information and directions to the business. I went by and was greeted by another employee that was, pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed my issue in minutes. I would highly recommend this business. Good customer service & pleasant employees are rare, but definitely in practice at Computer Exchange.
