They fixed my computer, but the price for service was astronomical. For those who know, it will cost you $250 to replace thermal paste on cpu and run tests for performance on computer.. I paid $75 for diagnostics, then all of a sudden instead of getting a call back to tell me what was wrong and asked if I wanted to fix it I got a $250 bill. FYI the thermal paste was probably $3. Edit - Was made right with David, thank you.
