I trust Lori's technical advice and her service is excellent! I have used her services for both my Mac and my pc and she saved me from near ruin by a virus. She is a computer whiz and makes it looks so easy. I recently took an Excel class she taught and I learned so much and she gave me so many new tips. I like that she doesn't confuse you with too much tech-talk that I just can't understand!
After struggling with a laptop problems we brought our HP in and the Computer Concepts team quickly fixed the probems. Service was excellent, fast and Lori was amazingly helpful in letting us know what the issues were. Great company and we'd bring our computers back any time.
