Tackled my stubborn PC that has given me issues for years. Jake called with regular updates and went above and beyond to inform me of the status. Unlike other places I’ve gone to with my issues, they kept pushing through challenges and figured out a couple things that were causing me trouble. PC runs better than ever, and even got some recommendations to improve it in the future.

Jake at Computer Clinic has been incredible. He has helped me hold on to laptops longer than I should have and tells me honestly when new ones are warranted. Assists in making sure transfer of data from old to new is seamless and helps me remotely when small issues need to be worked out. Always takes the time to help me until all issues are resolved. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Jake and Computer Clinic.
