What a great experience! I have Cox complete care and during the recent migration of COX email to Yahoo I was informed it would be seamless. It was not. I spent hours on on the phone on two different days trying to get my email folders back and only ended up with more problems. Went to Computer Clinic and spent an hour on one day getting my computer to re-recognize my old folders and emails and then another hour a few days later loading Outlook with my folders and email and NOW it is seamless. Overpriced, $300 for just SSD replacement is absolutely wild.
We have a Synology NAS that would not power on. I called a number of computer repair shops, but none were familiar with these types of devices. When I called Computer Clinic they said that they were familiar with them and offered to have a look. They were able to identify the problem and fix it. Although I did not request rush service, they had it turned around within one day. They will have all my business from now on.
Competent, communicative and efficient small business with fair & realistic quotes. Hourly labor costs are on the highest end of the range at $99/hr but they will do jobs that your local big box store will refuse to handle or will contract out anyway for triple the wait time. Please be aware before walking in that this shop does not offer military, veteran or first responder discounts. As a PQR resident, if I am in a pinch again and don't have time to do the repair myself, I would send my machine in here in the future.
Outstanding service with fair prices. Had a new hard drive installed in my laptop. Turn around time was 24 hours. Done right and works great. Nice staff to deal with.
