I was ready to throw my computer and printer out the window! Thankfully called Computer Clinic, and their Tech Philippe was sent to the rescue. I work out of the house, and both my husband and I are a bit on the “older” side and don’t want to carry equipment around. Philippe was very professional and thorough. The Computer Clinic staff was genuinely a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the friendliness and patience they had. While I do my best to diagnose my own issues with my system, I was stumped and decided I would bring my PC in to be diagnosed. Jake did a phenomenal job figuring out my issue and went above and beyond by giving me resources to either fix the hardware issue or to have it replaced by the manufacturer. If I ever have any further issues, I definitely will be coming back.
Fast, responsive, and extremely professional. I brought in my expensive modern desktop PC with some issues, and they handled everything carefully and efficiently. Great communication throughout the process, and I had no complaints at all. Highly recommend!
I have been using Computer Clinic for over ten years and I am always satisfied with their services. They are fast and thorough, I have never had to take something back for a second time. To top things off their prices are very reasonable. If I could give them more that five stars I would. I recommend Computer Clinic!
