Jake did a great job working on my two computers! On the old machine he managed to recover pictures of my kids that are irreplaceable from 20+ years ago!! He explained everything and was extra patient with me! Dan is still running a great trustworthy business!!!
Jake did an excellent job setting up my new computer. He was able to activate my old ms office program on the new computer saving a lot of historical information. Thanks for doing a great job.
Effort rating =4 Scope of service and expertise =2 My son's external hard drive which contained multiple files of his original songs and music had a part that was loose, causing it to stop running. He brought it to Computer Clinic and he was told it was best to transfer to a new drive, which they did. Jake said the software was intact. When my son saw the "finished product" he was so dismayed and just wanted to cry. It looked like the files were just randomly transferred and didn't make sense. Jake was very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. The service provided was well worth the cost and I would highly recommend this company for anyone with a computer problem.
I've used Computer Clinic for my home computer needs for close to 10 years now. I'm continually surprised by their team - their high level of customer service, their honest and transparent communication, and the speed of repairs when needed. Last month I brought them an ancient desktop that had served us well, but had clearly died.
