Helped us out with retrieving our photos off a dead external hard drive. Fast, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use again.
I am incredibly happy with the service provided here. My computer was in a continuous restart loop and all of the Google fixes I tried failed to get it out of the loop. I spoke him about the issue, and I told him what I had tried. He is honest and up front about the prognosis, the cost, and what he would attempt, and told me my chances of losing my data, but he worked the issue and kept me in the loop as to how everything was going. Now that I live in this area, I will go back to this gentleman and his business every time.
Very helpful and respectful man, seems to be $0-$40 to look at it, and about $100 for a general fix (depending on if you need parts or not). Definitely recommend for general fixes etc. Appreciate the help.
Chip was able help me out to find out was wrong with my computer, he was fast with the diagnosis and was able to help me find out what to do.
