Went in to get my phone screen fixed. Had a few bugs, but he fixed it two days later no charge. Best service I've received in a long time. Will be going back if need be.
I sent my computer to repair and its been there for three months, I still not have it back. I went to the store for almost ten times and they did nothing, I suspect they might steal my computer parts for selling. I'm gonna leave this area in one week, they seem like do not want to give my computer back to me. I may need to call the police to get this thing done.

Computer answers gave me a lot of issues when I bought in my laptop. I bought it in, about mid August, and it's now December. That place has been giving me excuse after excuse as to why my laptop isn't fixed yet. But now that it's under new management and the store is ran by Armando, Michael and Danielle, they not only gave me the laptop back, but they compensated me, and in a big way too. I've been a customer on and off, since they were on Lake Ave, today, they did a repair "while I waited" much appreciated, I will say EVERY time I go there, there are different employees, I think they strive for perfection in a world that changes ina blink
Had Mark in Schenectady store,he was very nice. Brought computer in store for a couple of vius in computer. He cleaned my computer up. Seems to be working ok. Thanks Mark. Nice job....
The Albany store sucks the employees tell lie after lie just be honest guys
