I went to Computer Answers in hopes to retrieve pictures from my old cell phone which had a shattered screen. They were able to help me out and get me all fixed up with all of the data and pictures that I had been without for so long. I spoke and worked mostly with Paul, who was a great help and I appreciate how customer service and satisfaction is one of their top priorities!

Brought in a MAC to the Clifton Park location due to severe damage and was taken care extremely well by Michael. He went above and beyond what was necessary to help me out with my computer. He gave me numerous suggestions on how to fix it as well as a few great options to buy a new computer. We agreed on a new computer and I left extremely satisfied. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Happy customer right here!
I needed a screen replaced on my daughters phone. I submitted a claim on a Thursday with Asurion who contracts with Computer Answers. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Chris came to my home, replaced the screen within 1/2 hour. Very professional and quick. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
