Fantastic experience! Brought my desktop in because it was running slowly. Dan spent an hour cleaning it up and did not even charge me for it; I gladly offered to pay not only for the free service but for the great stories about him and his store!
My brother gave me his old laptop and forgot his password theses guys were so freaking nice and helped me reset everything for super cheap. Kept me updated and called me when it was ready. Literally recommend them to everyone with computer problems!! big shoutout to Mr.Dan as well!
I just called this store and the owner or employee that answered the phone gave me solid advice. I was having a hard time uploading my photos from my iPhone to laptop (and eventually to an external hard drive), bc I don’t want to lose pictures of my baby’s first year and also pictures of my mom (who recently passed away). He basically gave me advice about iPhone and the cloud, plus he recommended another computer store in vallejo that specializes on iPhones.
