I dropped my PC and brought it to Compupro Computer Service on Boca Chica Blvd for repair. After picking it up, I discovered malware on the system. As someone who works with computers and understands how they function, I ran my own thorough checks and confirmed the infection. I expected to receive a clean, properly serviced machine and instead had to spend additional time removing malware on top of the original issue. My computer was returned in the same broken condition despite being told it was fixed. The lack of communication regarding the delay in service was also very disappointing. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience
