I recently discovered that the used phone I purchased 2 years ago has an existing balance from previous owner. I found this out when I tried to unlock my phone to change providers. I paid over $400, Cash in good faith. The Compu Phone Employee that sold me the phone never informed me that the the phone I was buying had this issue. Hoping Compu Phone will unlock my phone so that I can use it with a new service. Closed today, 2-17...but will try again this week.
Quoted 1 price and charged another. $145+ to fix a screen. Very frustrating

I was quoted one price over the phone for a screen repair, and was given a much higher one when I came into the store to follow through. Super shady price gouging practices.
It took them less than 2 hours to repair my back screen for my iPhone 15 pro max for an affordable price. And the most incredible thing was his customer service, the guy was very happy.
