Friendly staff. No wait. Efficient.
Very rude staff and not helpful or empathetic at all!! Apparently Premiere's system and Component are not the same- just found that out as I have to get bloodwork regularly. Premiere can see that the lab orders are there and Compunet cannot, which I find that odd overall, but none the less, they basically tell you they can't do it, not their fault and dismiss you. Do not even acknowledge that the patient is slammed in the middle of this and they do not even care to even try to resolve it. Beacuse it is fun to just get bloodw... read more
