The woman at the front desk on 1.9.26 in the am really needs basic customer service training. Her attitude towards patients is totally unacceptable. Shes treats co-worksers very well but extremely rude and demeaning to patients. it just doesnt make sense that she would treat patients so poorly.
Don't go here and especially dont call here, they dont like answering their phone and when they do they hang up on you, DO BETTER smh
I go here for my routine bllodwork and labs. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's never crowded and the technicians are super friendly and efficient. I'm in & out of there quickly!
