My laptop hard drive was failing and Tushar worked to get it up and running again as quickly as possible. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the process and working around some challenges due to the age of the laptop and that it was my work computer. He was professional and courteous and immediately inspired confidence. He was also very patient to explain in detail and answer my questions. I highly recommend him and will definitely go to him for any future needs.

Thank You! It's Sunday afternoon July 5th and went to open my Accounting program and my company file was gone! Thank you for answering the phone and walking me through how to find and restore the files on Drop Box. And thanks for setting up my drop box storage so it was in there.
