Great service! Our computer was freezing up frequently until it finally froze up and wouldn't turn back on when we tried to reboot it. We took it in and they informed us about what the problem was likely to be and kindly answered questions. They removed a virus and referred us to a good antivirus software that was significantly less expensive than the one we were using and is just as effective. The cost for removing the virus was a little higher than I was anticipating, but it was good quality service so it was worth it.
