I made a call to Compton doors, the customer service was 5 star, the woman that answered the call was very polite and professional. Work was scheduled and performed on time and with highly exceptional workmanship . The crew was outstanding with very positive attitudes and efficiency, I had a large garage door and a beautiful custom roll up door made for my shed and I love it, I would recommend Compton Doors to anyone looking for garage or any other door you may be looking to upgrade.... a job well done. I would definitely do business with Compton Doors again! Not only were they the best price, but their customer service was also great!!! They were very fast with the install too! There was a small dent from the manufacturer, but compton replaced it immediately! Couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you!

Very poor customer service. The woman who answers phone rude and abrasive. The techs were fine. I contacted them about an issue with the door assembly and woman just shouted me down and refused to transfer me to the manager. I would never recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work and are rude to those who call in with concerns.
