i called them telling them something was wrong with my laptop and he didn't even tell me what was wrong after i clearly described the symptoms he just said you might as well get a replacement even though i don't have the money
Reasonable prices on computer repairs. I had an extreme virus and it was locking me out of the computer. They fixed the computer and wasýțt able to recover 95% of my data. While I was there I checked out some of the new laptops they had and was surprised at the reasonable prices. I would certainly consider ComTech for my next laptop purchase, which may be soon.
The CPU fan on my computer went out and we needed a replacement. Best Buy could not order it for me, but said once you purchase it bring it back to our store and we will install it for a charge of $40.00. Took it to Comptech Computer in Sterling Heights where they not only ordered the fan for me but they installed it for free! Thank you for your amazing service!
Paul was so helpful through the whole process. I was pretty sure that my computer needed a new hardrive, and he did a free assessment of the situation to make sure that was the case. The whole process of getting a new hardrive installed took about 48 hours, and now my computer is fixed!! I am so pleased with the service that I got, and I will definitely be bringing my laptop back in to CompTech if I need any more services on my computer.
