Absolutely terrible company. They have build an empire on sneaky ways to deny insurance claims snd screw people over. For instance: they require pre-authorization for ambulance rides. So in an emergency situation, you have to remember to call and ask permission before you call 911, even if you’re bleeding out or have a heart attack and every second counts. ComPsych has really done an excellent job of helping me navigate through my tough journey. They have the best customer service and they really offer their support. They do all the legwork for me and take off a lot of my stress. I’ve never had a complaint about ComPsych and every phone call is truly a pleasant experience.
