I called to speak to a doctor was told they were with a patient and to call back at 2:30 call back at 2:30 and the older woman that picked up the phone was very rude very nasty, even though I was very polite to her hung up on me when I called back, she cursed me out and proceeded to say she was not going to transfer us to anyone. I can understand why this company has a one star rating, if their front desk person does not want a job or does not want to help people when they pick up the phone they should not be working there. ... read more
Whomever allowed this ignorant person to answer the phone, and be blatantly rude to people, should be let go, right along with her.
