Dont like the doctors, they made me feel uncomfortable.
The worst experiences I’ve ever had at an OBGYN. From waiting in the waiting room to even be called back from 45 mins-1hr, bloodwork that was needed bc they messed up the lab the first time, to Dr Dodard being rude and no one in the office cares🏼 Switching my OB as soon as possible. I waste at least 2 hours of my day every time I come here.
their whole staff is rude and seem like they don't care. Chelsea, the ultrasound technician is the only exception.
I used to really like Dr. Dodards office. Until recently. I went there for testing. I explained I’m a busy mother that works from 7-5 everyday. I asked a nurse while I was in the office in person if I could call for test results. I was told that was fine to tell the assistant. Mind you I wasn’t told this information before hand. They will not give me my results unless I come back in and pay ANOTHER co pay and I’ve had to leave work again just to be told I may not even need a follow up. Love Christa and Chelsie!! They are super sweet and knowledgeable. Also their ultrasound room is awesome, way better than going to the hospital.
I had a appointment scheduled for September and a week before they called to cancel it. They rescheduled me for October 7. A week later they called and had to cancel my appointment. I got busy and wasn't able to call back so they sent me a letter saying they rescheduled me for October 17. I told them I can only do morning appointments and they scheduled me for a 1:30pm appointment. I called the office and said I cannot go to that appointment.
