I just had an appointment with the wildly condescending Dr Su. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician in my entire life. I would ask a general question and receive a response layered with an annoyed tone and disrespectful language. Also, no direction on where to go or how to get there in the office - literally a horrible experience and I am very confused how someone with other reviews stating the exact same continues to treat patients and what pretends to be an established facility. I was well taken care of by the nurses and my doctor.
Kind staff and superb facilities. Our wait time was long. Parking is difficult so patience is key. Overall, we are here because of the quality of the medical staff!
