Norka was amazing! I booked an appointment for my daughter, and she didn’t let me leave looking ragged—she fit me in, too! My daughter and I were so happy. She works wonderfully with children and is incredibly professional with excellent customer service. My daughter is very tender-headed, but Norka was able to put her at ease and worked quickly while keeping her comfortable. Highly recommend!
I made an online appointment for 1:45pm on a Sunday, then noticed their website says they close at 2pm. I called at 1:49pm, already close to arriving, just to confirm if I’d still be able to be serviced, and if not, I was completely fine rescheduling. Norka is amazing !!! I went to get a new hairstyle and Norka not only made me feel beautiful she did such a great job with my style!!!
NORKA is the best hairstylist she saved my hair when it was falling out and thin in a week and my hair was so much better and healthier!!!!! She is so sweet and talented she will literally save your hair.
These reviews are a scam or bots. Just save your time and go to DC. 1. The person I scheduled my hair with wasn't even there and the person present called them on the phone. 2. Left mid debraid- lady was too lazy and decided to just use scissors and cut my hair without my permission. 3. Their inability to speak English made leaving ridiculous but glad I decided to once I heard scissors cutting hair. 4. Went downtown DC and while I was getting my hair straightened by sections they noticed my hair was chopped. (Whole braides)
