I had a very disappointing experience with this office. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt disorganized and unprofessional. The office manager seemed uninterested in helping and were slow to respond to even basic questions. Communication was a major issue—calls and emails often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it lacked clarity and follow-through. worse office it was very dirty and poor hygiene would not recommend to anyone
I went here for the Invisalign process, but my first contact with them was when I had a filling that fell out. I called and I was in their office about 20 minutes later. Staff is all absolutely amazing, front desk employees are so kind and super welcoming. Dr. Patel is THE best dentist. He never rushed anything and took all the time I needed to explain the process. I'm thrilled with my results!
My first time here today. Everyone was absolutely amazing. From the ladies at the desk, the x ray tech, and the Dr. the Dr. was very thorough and easy to talk to. I’m excited to start my new dental health journey here!
