Ok so my husband was notified the morning of his appointment he needed to work late . This office is charging him a cancellation fee . The office personnel kept saying it’s because he didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance . Mind you I did call at 10:30 am for a late afternoon appointment. It's been nothing but a nightmare with this office since day 1. The billing rep can't get your deductibles and charges right. They overbilled me on my first appointment and ended up having to refund me almost $400 because she said I had not met my deductible for the year yet. I tried to inform her that it was met months ago but for the sake of getting in to see the doctor, I paid it only causing me time and inconvenience to make sure the charge was reversed from my credit card. Two stars for a single reason - billing rep NEVER answers a phone call and unable to leave a new voicemail message. Not sure how this business expects to be paid if you can't reach the person responsible for taking payments (or unable to pay online). Outside of this big issue you can expect good care from the staff. Hopefully office manager will see and correct this issue soon.

Extreme wait time to get in the initial visit, follow up, and first diagnoses. Needed a second opinion from a different sleep specialist to receive an accurate treatment. The receptionists were nice though.
