Went for a fitting of my sleep apnea dental appliance. Called to tell them I would be max 10 min late due to accident/traffic. Showed up 8 minutes late, and doc would not see me. Funny how we can wait for them sometimes hours, but they can’t wait for us. Poor patient service as the fitting should have only taken 5-10 minutes max.
