Terrible experience from beginning of relationship to end. This firm has essentially created a money-grabbing mill. I had a terrible experience with the equipment they provided and repeatedly asked for help. They pawned me off to the quarterly perfunctory review with a nurse practitioner or occasionally a physician. Gross Negligence by Comprehensive Sleep Care Center Delayed My Childs Surgery My childs care was severely impacted due to Comprehensive Sleep Care Centers failure to submit a required insurance authorization for a diagnostic study scheduled two months in advance a study that was necessary before a scheduled surgery.I called the clinic just one day before to confirm. I would give them less than 1 star if it were possible. The customer service that is part of ******************** in ********* is the WORST ever. For several years, I have not received responses to my emails nor responses to my voice mails, or texts. I have been looking for another sleep study group for years due to the lack of customer service provided.
