Very caring and friendly.
I have seen Dr. Fuller-Hines several times. She has been compassionate and helpful. She just didn't push pain medication. I received injections, medications and therapy. She made me become proactive in my treatment. She helped me get my life back. I can't believe some of her reviews. I have been in her office often and have seen some of her patients get mad at the doctors because they didn't get the medication they wanted. When did the patient get to tell the doctor what to do. Staff is great.
I was treated as though my pain was non existent and I stayed in pain. I finally gave up on them and opted for surgery
After about a year of treatment, she just gave up. Didn't want to try anything new & took me off all of my pain meds. Finally got referred to a neurosurgeon and had surgery, no thanks to Dr Hines.
I've been seeing DR Hines for about 4-5 years and she is great, Can't say the same for the new staff working there. Tried to make an appt. 3 different times and had to re-schedule every time, they even scheduled me for an appt. without telling me. Could not wait 2-3 months due to really bad back pain so had to get a new Dr. in Virginia.
