I really don’t know why these folks are so well rated. Christina who did my intake decided to just not ask about insurance and just assumed I was self pay. I’m sure self pay makes it easier for them but as a patient this really rubbed me the wrong way. Their patient portal is a disaster. The form filling doesn’t really work and you can’t reset the password yourself. I like my GP but I have no idea why she recommended this place. Dr. Richardson has been fantastic to work with! She performed a comprehensive evaluation and provided a thorough post-testing explanation as to her findings. My grandchild felt at ease with her and responded extremely well to her in the testing session. A great option for your child’s neuropsychological assessment needs!
Very professional and great staff
They were amazing. I had my oldest son evaluated a few times and had some conflicting results, so wanted him evaluated again now that he has been medicated for about a year. Dr. Whitfield-Miles was so patient and great with our first, that we actually had our second son evaluated for similar issues as well. They had a quick turnaround, a great staff, the process was quick and efficient, and we would highly recommend them again.
