I called to ask questions regulating services as I’ve received services with comprehensive psychological services previously with my son. Receptionist seemed irritated, as if my questions were annoying her. I had a great experience previously and as a parent who is only looking for help with an already stressful situation with my child the reluctance to offer help is even more upsetting.
I needed to have an expedited evaluation done. Dr. Harari and his team were quick to fit me into their schedule. I was able to get a report sent within 24 hours. The team was very professional and accommodating throughout every process. Christian especially has gone above and beyond in making sure you were well informed.
Thank you D. Harari for getting me in at such short notice. I highly recommend this office. All paperwork related to the visit was returned the very next day. Professionalism and efficiency were key components that made this visit a success.
My adult son was tested for ADHD and Autism, the Staff was amazing. The report is very detailed. Thank you so much for working with my son.
