The day I spent with the team at Comprehensive Psychological Services was a very positive experience. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout the process.
I had trouble trying to schedule their free consult, and never got to meet anyone. I just needed to see if I could find a good fit, and I was back and forth with TWO different admin people for a month, who kept getting things confused, and it all ended with them cancelling on me the day of my consult less than 30 minutes before because they said the therapist had a "patient emergency". Sorry but I thought emergencies are a 911 situation not a "cancel other patients" situations. Such a frustrating experience and very incompet... read more
I had a very good experience at CPS! Everyone there is very friendly, respectful, and patient. Their environment is very conducive to a safe experience where clients can get great help. 10/10 would recommend.
