Pretty horrendous policy of ghosting customers as soon as you aren’t a high value billable target for them. Filled out a lengthy intake form and was told someone would call me back soon to schedule my evaluation. Two weeks go by and no response, so I call back and was finally told that the doctor I requested didn’t provide the services I wanted.
