Luz was great to work with and I'm glad that I had such a caring support during my time in treatment. I was pretty skeptical of TMS as I had tried many things in the past, however it was quite effective and my survey scores continued to slowly drop over the course of the treatment. I would highly recommend TMS for those who have tried many things and found them all ineffective.
They don't provide you with a link to your appointment, I had to call them multiple times so that they would get the doctor to join the call. When the doctor joined the call, he said he had tech issues. (as if I didn't have a phone number and couldn't be reached to be made aware they were having tech issues) I feel awful, these people have all my Private Identifiable Information, you have to go extremely vulnerable to inquire and accept psychiatric services, for later to be treated like garbage. I had a very good experience with h Dr. Salmo yesterday. Stellar doctor. Answered all my questions and was kind to my needs. I am happy to have the help he gave me. I would recommend Dr. Salmo to anyone looking for a doctor who can help them.
I’ve never received mental health care as quick or as thorough as I’ve received here. I finally have confidence I’ll be able to make real improvements.
