What happened to the other office staff they were so pleasant. I made an appointment, fitted for orthotic because of polio than had an appointment for 9/22/26 to pick it up, they canceled. And now they say they're waiting for insurance and I've told them medicare pays for nothing, I pay out of pocket always have for yrs. And now I just sit and wait because I can't walk very far with out it. For a month CPO told me they had not received my AFO brace yet when the order had not made it through the approval process. CPO associates could not find a way to communicate to my doctor specifically what kind of notes were needed for successful approval. I had to make at least 10 calls before I found and associate who could tell me the cause for Medicare rejection. If your order does not come right away get involved quickly to relay messages to your doctor!
Comprehensive prosthetic and orthotics is not just a business. They have been an extended family for me and have given me my life back. This place is horrible. Do not waste your time here. They were yanking on my fianc�es prosthetic very aggressively and hard to where it actually hurt his knee. They didn’t care if they just ripped all the hair off his leg too. (Like they don’t work with prosthetics for a living). They made him wear a dirty stained prosthetic liner to do a casting. Did not barely speak to him. Rather they mumbled to themselves and spoke to other employees is another language. Did 50 random things with 3 people and took 2 hours for a 10 min 1 ... read more
