Dr. Shotashvili is a wonderful GP. She is very thorough and has a very pleasant, professional demeanor.
Please do yourself a favor and go to any other facility for assistance. This company will falsify information to raise your balance and get a higher payout. No one will be able to explain the increase in your balance, even when you have proof of several mail that was sent with the original balance. Do not support this company.
Once you get through their AI you are sent to people who communicate with the office. You cannot just pick up the phone, call the office and talk to a human being. Its the worst setup. The "middleman" then sends a message to the office. I have called 3 times w zero response. If you cannot call your doctors office to get what you need or talk to a human, its time to find new care.
The woman who did my mammogram was kind and professional.
Walked in with high blood pressure and was told nothing they can do and to go to a patient first. What kind of care are y'all running. Absolutely unprofessional and absurd behavior and attitude.
