Totally professional while being relatable. Very nice practice.
Little to no communication, poor bedside manner, AI receptionist. Bad experience as of July 2026 (now part of "CloseKnit" care system). They failed to adequately communicate regarding so many things, but I'm most disappointed in the failure to communicate regarding next steps for lab tests, including extremely important ones, and giving us a blank referral that doesn't actually refer us anywhere. First off, this office is lazy when providing referrals which has lead to multiple denied claims due to improper referrals having incorrect office and patient information. Second of all I came in repeatedly from 2023 to 2025 begging the “practitioners” to help me find out the cause of an emergency room visit since the hospital failed to.
