Dr Asokan and the rest of the staff are amazing! My only knock against them (and it’s really not them) is the umbrella CloseKnit company. CloseKnit makes it very hard to communicate with staff. This is not on Dr Asokan, nurses, front staff, etc. CloseKnit needs to do a better job. Once you get to see Dr Asokan, NP Ward, nurses, lab techs, front staff, you will have a doctor for life. I haven’t even been able to get in contact with them for months. Seriously, months
Starting by the location everything was great. Warm receptionist, great staff. They have the lab right there so I don't have to go to a different place to get my blood work. Dr. Asokan was very knowledgeable, patient, taking care about all my concerns, addressing all my issues, and really paying attention to me. I am planning to continue working with her as my PCP.
First impressions is always the best. NOT IMPRESSED!!! Front Desk reception and staff. Doctor should know about Customer service and they FAILED.
Dr. Asokan and her team are really great. Very friendly and professional. Super convenient to have an on site lab so you don't have to make two appointments.
