So far, a great experience! I was able to get an appointment right away. The office and exam room were extremely clean, and everything was freshly sanitized. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. A very positive experience!
Once we moved to the Frederick area, I decided to try the CloseKnit Frederick office. I was extremely pleased and will be returning to this office.
Andrea was great, if you want a doctor that actually cares about you then she is your doctor. Other doctors do the basic care, not truly caring and trying to understand the patient. Andrea takes her time to understand and find a way to truly help you. No complaints at all, it was easy and fast to get care , and she is very responsive. 10/10

Dr Asokan and the rest of the staff are amazing! My only knock against them (and it’s really not them) is the umbrella CloseKnit company. CloseKnit makes it very hard to communicate with staff. This is not on Dr Asokan, nurses, front staff, etc. CloseKnit needs to do a better job. Once you get to see Dr Asokan, NP Ward, nurses, lab techs, front staff, you will have a doctor for life.
