I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment all week and they never seem to answer the phone. I thought joining CloseKnit would improve quality but if anything it has diminished.

I’m really surprised by the good reviews. In Jan. 2025, I found the front desk very unprofessional (one receptionist loudly watching TikToks at the desk) and Dr. Kodroff condescending. I came in because another doctor had noted my bloodwork showed potential iron deficiency and urged me to see a PCP; Dr. Kodroff was dismissive and only gave me a lab order for more work when I pushed back. 100% satisfied with the care I’ve gotten. I see Caitlin and she’s been great - thorough and friendly and easy to talk to. Usually have a routine physical and blood test, but when there was something that needed to be addressed - she let me know and gave me an honest assessment without making me freak out. Caitlin and the staff at this office are amazing. I’m leaving this review now because I wasn’t able to get a same-week appointment in this office. My doctor was not very warm and rushed. She barely took the time to understand what was going on. Then the nurse chat gpt me an answer in front of me. It been about a year and I’m back for a Telehealth appointment because they’re the only PCP with a record of me since my move and no one is answering the phone. There’s also no way to join the appointment and I had to take off work to be here for it. Staff seems very rushed and disorganized, and communicating with the office can be challenging. For example, I said in my physical that I would like to look at visiting a Nutritionist but because of being laid off would not make an appointment right away due to losing insurance coverage. When I went to check out, the front desk asked me what the doctor said they’d give me and handed me a sheet with preferred specialists.
