I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Comprehensive Primary Care. I specifically asked multiple times before my appointment to ensure that only services covered by my insurance would be provided. Despite that, I was charged $260 for a 10-minute telehealth call that turned out to be completely unnecessary. Just had my first physical at Comprehensive Primary Care with Dr. Erina Herron. She genuinely took my concerns into account and I felt very taken seriously! She’s very kind, as well as the rest of the staff. Would recommend :)
I’ve left four messages instead of using the patient portal because my doctor is not listed in the portal and the dropdowns are required to order this way. Still no script. 5 messages, the last one today. I'm alarmed that an office manager or doctor can't step in to help correct this.
