I’ve left four messages instead of using the patient portal because my doctor is not listed in the portal and the dropdowns are required to order this way. Still no script. 5 messages, the last one today. I'm alarmed that an office manager or doctor can't step in to help correct this.
Went very well. People are friendly!
They will schedule your child for a doctor who does not see children. Doctor changes their schedule day-of your appointment to end 15mins. before your appointment, resulting in you sitting in the waiting room for 20 mins. before you call and they tell you. Won't let your child see another doctor despite the fact that their doctor is leaving the practice??? Who runs this place? Such a waste of time.
