Sarah Tivade and the other providers are great. However, CloseKnit is incontrovertibly the worst health care provider I have ever gone to. They have lost access to my care records and, after days of calling the number on the patient portal and the number for the office, once I finally got someone on the phone, that person said they had never heard of Sarah Tivade and had gave me a completely incorrect date for when I had last come in for a visit. Dr. Megha Mendiratta was dismissive, condescending, and rude. I had a skin condition covering much of my body that had persisted for several months. Because eczema runs in my family, I believed that was the cause. Rather than addressing my concerns, she was dismissive and condescending. The worst attitude from the front desk, I should have imagined that it would come later... They asked me to fill out forms with such nonsensical questions before giving me any explanation, I urgently needed care and just wanted to know if they could handle my case so I wouldn't waste half an hour filling out their form for nothing. They collected all my information only to tell me that only the hospital—not them—could treat my case, all while I was in intense pain.
