I have been going to this location for years when it was Comprehensive Primary Care, my doctor was wonderful and never had any issues. Since the transition to Closeknit, I have had to fight their billing department to correctly submit claims that should be covered by insurance. I doubt I will be back.
This place was great when it was All Care. I had a great doctor and received a high level of care and attention when needed. Now I can't get a refill on meds. They wont answer the phone, wont answer through the patient portal. Avoid this place at all costs. CloseKnit is as bad as they can get.
The switch from Comprehensive Primary Care to CloseKnit has to be one of the worst decisions I have ever seen a company make. I cannot get anyone on the phone, I cannot get assistance with urgent requests, and the new CloseKnit portal is one of the most poorly designed patient portals I have ever had the displeasure of using. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment all week and they never seem to answer the phone. I thought joining CloseKnit would improve quality but if anything it has diminished.
I’m really surprised by the good reviews. In Jan. 2025, I found the front desk very unprofessional (one receptionist loudly watching TikToks at the desk) and Dr. Kodroff condescending. I came in because another doctor had noted my bloodwork showed potential iron deficiency and urged me to see a PCP; Dr. Kodroff was dismissive and only gave me a lab order for more work when I pushed back.
