Had an appointment with Dr. Rinali Patel for CT Chest scan. 1. She seems not very familiar with Lung GGN (Glass Ground Nodule). 2. Despite clearly communicated CT Chest scan is needed, she prescribed CT Abdomen scan. I noticed the error on my referral form and requested her to correct before I left. 3. I had a pleasant experience during my initial visit — Dr.Abbas was great and provided excellent care. However, the administrative process was very disappointing. It took nearly two weeks for my paperwork to be completed, and when I called to ask for its completion, I was told it was ready for pickup.
