Dear Alba, I am sorry you had the false impression that your job only required you to do what is convenient for you rather than what a provider instructed or what the patient needs. For example, when a patient tells you that they tried to check-in at the kiosk but that it was not responding, you may have to check-in the patient manually. The doctors are good, but the service is appalling. On several occasions including today, my spouse or I have had appointments that have been incorrectly scheduled (we booked a telehealth but they only had a doctor available in office, or vice versa after commuting from DC to Virginia to see a doctor). When you cannot see the doctor you were scheduled to see, they say, all of our doctors are skilled, as though this would be the only reason to prefer continuity of service with a PCP. I switched insurances and decided to go here since it was walking distance from my office. I saw NP Caitlin Cunningham and the check in process, office visit with the NP, and check out process was so fast and smooth. It was very quick and I got my refills sent in same day. Definitely recommend!
Dr Mendiratta is great, attentive and caring. People at the desk are always very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice
