Went in for a routine physical several years ago when I lived at BLVD. They ended up performing an EKG, without disclosing that I would be billed separately for this. In addition, I was called in to discuss my blood work results and in turn charged for another visit...a simple phone call would have sufficed. This office has illicit practices in place to generate revenue, I would highly reccomend to stay away.
Dr. Marpu really cares about her patients. She listens and makes sure she addresses all your concerns. There is hardly any wait time unlike other offices that make you wait for over an hour. I think I waited 10 minutes the most which is a rarity these days.
Very profesional, great customer service and always friendly!
I was nervous going in. But the staff esp. Dr Neelima Marpu and Melissa made me feel right at home. It was a pleasant experience for both me and my husband.
